Firstly , when we blame ourselves and we take full stock of our actions , we realise that we made a mistake and try to make it better .
But when we blame others , it means that we don’t think that something went wrong because of us and we don’t try to fix it .
So , we don’t become a better version of ourselves .
Secondly , it makes it a lot easier to handle situations that cause trouble , situations that make us vulnerable or “depressed” as people say nowadays .
When we become unconscious of that troublesome feeling , we feel better and can move past it . Although it may come back some times but it doesn’t affect us the way it can or the way it should !
For example , when someone doesn’t score well in their exams , they say that the question was out of syllabus and they blame the teacher , this way they can’t improve ever .
