Fitness & Fajitas #1

Today I woke up a little late so morning yoga got postponed .

I ate 4 pieces of toast with Thousand Island dressing !

Lunch was Cottage cheese with 2 rotis(flat bread) .

Rotis are Indian tortillas !

Then early evening I did my Yoga routine before my workout .

Nowadays , I’ve been doing mixed workouts including the whole upper body ie. Biceps , Triceps , Shoulder , Chest and Back .
