FITNESS & FAJITAS #4

Morning yoga got delayed today as well . I’ve been having the time of my life sleeping for a long time and getting up naturally .

I’m really feeling flexible and light ! I can see the effects ☺️

For lunch , I ate some toast with some hot coffee !

Workout went great . I did Biceps, Triceps and Shoulders .

For dinner , I ate sandwiches with some tasty cheese and chilli spread inside!
