FITNESS & FAJITAS #11

Breakfast : Poha ( flattened rice flakes ) made with some spices and peanuts . Sorry I forgot to click a pic , it was delicious !

Lunch : Paneer(cottage cheese) with 2 rotis

Yoga ✔️

Biceps workout : bicep curls (4s × 12r) , hammer curls (4s ×12r) and concentration curls (4s × 10r)

Tricep workout : Overhead tricep extension (4s × 10r)

Shoulder workout : Overhead shoulder press (4s × 12r) and Side raises (4s × 8r)

Dinner : 2 scrambled eggs with some onion and spices !

Dinner was tasty !!
