Lunch : Potato stuffed flatbreads with some coffee !
Yoga in the evening as usual because I can’t follow a normal routine during lockdown .
Biceps workout : bicep curls (4s × 12r) , hammer curls (4s ×12r) and concentration curls (4s × 10r)
Tricep workout : Overhead tricep extension (4s × 10r)
Shoulder workout : Overhead shoulder press (4s × 12r) and Side raises (4s × 8r)
Dinner : Chicken Salami and cottage cheese pizza made by my brother !
