FITNESS & FAJITAS #17

With the ease of lockdown , I have started going for runs around my society !

I’ve been going on HIIT running which basically means one round of walking then one round of running .

This helps to burn more fat and also lets you have a breather in between .

I’ve an alternate cycle – one day strength workouts then one day running .

I’m on a caloric deficit , my diet will be more defined once things are more settled and I’m able to order meat !

Been craving for prawns !!
