LIFE IN LOCKDOWN

I have started cooking for myself .

And by cooking I mean one meal a day – lunch.

During lockdown , I have lost 7.5kgs and to speed up the process of fat loss I decided to start a caloric deficit diet .

I’ve been drinking some refreshers , of course in regulation – lemonade , mango milkshakes , coffee and many more .

For lunch , I’ve been making some omelette sandwiches for myself which have been filling me up quite nicely for the day . Today I had egg fried rice .

In terms of writing , it is becoming more and more difficult to gather inspiration but I try to take some time out of the day to sit down , think and write .

I wrote a song in Hindi . Now I have a total of 5 songs and a few in English as well !
